Stranded on Earth

Twelve winters ago the sky broke. Xalvorath, the World-Eater, devoured Vael – a world of singing crystal under two suns. Its Starborn fled on crystal arks, and only a few reached Earth. Now they roam the forests, mountains and craters of their stranded new home. You are a Keeper: you calm them with your lantern, win their trust and fight at their side.

Above: explore, collect, battle

Wander four handcrafted pixel-art regions inspired by real landscapes – the dark firs of the Gloamwood, the alpine winter of Frostridge, the volcanic Ashmark and the star-glass crater of Starscar. Wild Starborn roam where you can see them. Walk up to one and fight a turn-based 3v3 battle: the tank draws fire, the attacker strikes, the healer plants life seeds. Shared types form resonances, and every team plays differently.

Turn-based 3v3 battle with roles

Every evolution is a metamorphosis. Each of the 139 Starborn families has its own design – an animal, a fantasy creature or an enchanted thing from its region. The bark kid grows into a root behemoth, the star foal into a winged star steed, the little armoured fish into a leviathan of the crater lakes. And every move fits the body: no wing strike without wings, no bite without jaws.

Below: survive the hordes

The caves of the Underworld play like a survivors-style action game. Your Starborn's moves fire on their own while you steer one of them through ever-growing hordes, pick a new power on every level-up, beat the guardian and escape through the portal before the cave collapses. Five difficulties up to Echo Chaos, ranked runs, group instances for 2–4 Keepers and a raid for up to 10.

One team, two worlds: every Starborn, talisman and piece of gear works in both – in turn-based battles above and in real-time caves below.

A real MMO

Chat, form groups, trade on the marketplace and found a Keeper Bond. Bonds meet in the Guild War – king of the hill on the Banner Peak. World events change the map every day, and the Wandering Colossus can only be beaten when 4 to 16 Keepers fight it together.
